Engagement

What happens from the first email to handover.

This is the path for every Globalstraconnsct engagement, whether the service is an operating model, execution alignment, a process, adoption, or a leadership rhythm.

You always know which stage you are in. Nothing in a later stage begins until the previous agreement is clear. Fees, access, and names of the people involved are written down before the working sessions start.

The commercial shapes that sit on top of this path are described in the offer.

Initial contact

Initial contact

You write to info@globalstraconnsct.com or use the contact form. Tell us the operating question, the organisation, and who is sponsoring the conversation. We reply in writing. If the note is outside business transformation, we say so.

Discovery

Discovery

A short conversation, usually with the sponsor and one or two colleagues. We ask what has already been tried, who must be in the work, and what a useful result would look like in ninety days. Discovery is a fit check, not a free diagnostic of the whole company.

Preparation

Preparation

If there is a fit, we send a written proposal: question, scope, people, duration, deliverables, fee, and how confidential material will be handled. Work starts only after you accept that proposal. We then agree access to the few documents and colleagues the scope requires.

Workflow

Workflow

Working sessions are scheduled with the people who own the decisions. Between sessions we draft maps, choices, and notes for you to correct. We do not disappear for weeks and return with a surprise document. Your team challenges the draft while it is still cheap to change.

Delivery

Delivery

You receive the deliverables named in the proposal, in language your managers can reuse. Where a pilot or a first leadership cycle is part of the scope, we run it with you and adjust the material from what actually happened.

Communication

Communication

One Globalstraconnsct lead is your point of contact for the life of the engagement. Notes after each working session record decisions, open questions, and the next date. We do not copy a wide external list unless you ask.

Next steps

Next steps

At the end we state what is finished and what is not. You can stop there. If more help is useful, we propose a new, bounded piece of work. Continuation is never assumed and never invoiced in advance of a new agreement.
