What we collect

If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organisation, role if you provide it, the topic you select, and the message you write. We also process a session identifier so the form can be checked for a valid submission token, and a cookie that stores your cookie choice.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to read your message, reply, and decide whether a discovery conversation is appropriate. The session cookie is used to protect the form. The consent cookie remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if an engagement follows, for the life of that work and any ordinary record we must retain. Cookie preference is stored for about six months. The session cookie ends when you close the browser session.

Who receives it

Enquiry email is delivered to info@globalstraconnsct.com. We do not sell personal information. We do not pass form contents to advertising networks.

Your requests

You may ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we have no duty to keep it. Write to info@globalstraconnsct.com. You may also complain to the authority responsible for data protection in the Republic of Moldova.
