Offer

A written proposal before any fee.

Globalstraconnsct sells defined transformation work, not open-ended consulting hours. After a discovery conversation we send a proposal you can accept or decline. No invoice is issued before that acceptance.

Format Diagnostic Transformation programme Embedded advisory
Use it when You need a clear picture of the operating problem and a decision on whether to go further. You already know the question and want it worked through to a tested design. A programme is complete and the leadership team wants a steadier outside view for a defined period.
Typical length Three to four weeks. Three to six months, tied to one primary service. Agreed month by month, usually after a programme.
What you get A current-state note, the decisions that are stuck, and a recommendation to stop or to scope a programme. The deliverables of the chosen service, rehearsed with your team. See services. Prepared leadership sessions, a decision log, and a short written view between sessions.
What it is not A full redesign, and not a commitment to continue. A software implementation or a permanent outsourced management team. An automatic renewal. Each month is confirmed.

What the proposal always states

  • The operating question and the service that answers it
  • Who from your side and who from Globalstraconnsct will take part
  • Duration, working locations, and the communication rhythm
  • Deliverables and what is explicitly out of scope
  • The fee, when it is invoiced, and how either side can stop

We do not promise a savings figure, a market ranking, or a guaranteed financial return. Performance depends on the decisions you take and on adoption inside the organisation.

The path those formats follow is the same one described under how an engagement runs.
